The text contains a commentary, the first and last pages are framed in red ink, and between the phrases are red dots, at the end of which is a tribute to Sheikh Taqi al-Din ibn Hajjah.
I found a printed copy in which it was mentioned at the end that it was completed in 824 AH.

Praise be to God who has turned the cups of etiquette on the people of etiquette... And after that, he asked me, whose command is obedient and whose disobedience is impossible, to collect for him from drinking bowls a fine piece of fine linen, with a thin edge, and to pick for him from the gardens of etiquette a flower that is picked close by... and I named it “Kumait Fenugreek” and included the article of regret in its plural where I do not say, “I wish”
