Muhammad bin Wali bin Rasul Al-Qurshahri, then Al-Izmiri: The science of the principles of jurisprudence has attained the highest ranks of the most honorable areas of knowledge, and has become, among the imams of the religion, those with investigation and scrutiny, one of the highest and most sublime demands, and the summary of the famous eminent Manalla Khusraw contains among its principles the most important and the first.
