The title was also mentioned on the manuscript, and at the end of it. These answers have no relation to the previous book (Al-Ghazali’s Answers), but Badawi points out that Al-Ghazali had a book entitled (The Answers) which was attributed to him by some earlier authors and has not reached us.

Sheikh, the eminent Imam, the one and only ascetic, Abu Hamid Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Ghazali - may God sanctify his soul and the light of his shrine - was asked to explain the meaning of the Prophet’s (may God bless him and grant him peace) saying, “The devil flows from one of you like blood.”
