“He said, ‘Did I not tell you that you would never be able to have patience with Me?’” He added to it your struggle with reproach for rejecting the commandment and a mark of lack of steadfastness and patience when he repeatedly expressed disgust and disapproval and did not heed the reminder the first time until he increased his disapproval the second time. “He said, ‘If I ask you about anything after that, so do not accompany me. And if I ask for your company and about Jacob, then do not accompany me, i.e., do not make me your companion.
