Notes
The manuscript is an abbreviation of the book “Al-Taraz fi Ulum Facts Al-I’jaz” by Imam Yahya bin Hamzah. He called it “Al-Ijaz fi Ulum Facts Al-Ijaz.” In his manuscript, its title was: “The Briefing of the Secrets of Al-Taraz in Knowing the Statement and Knowing the Miracles of the Qur’an.” He arranged it into three styles that include its secrets and symbols. The first style: in the principles and introductions, the second style: in the objectives, and the third style: in the subsequent continuations. The handwriting differed, From the beginning to the end of folio 43 in a medium naskhi script, and from folio 42 in a new naskhi script until the end of the manuscript, and from folio 43 in good Persian script until the end of the manuscript, the text of the book Al-Taraz fi Ulum Haqi’at Al-I’jaz is in red ink, starting from folio 43 until the end, and the explanations on it in black by the author Imam Yahya bin Hamzah, preceded by poetic verses on two folios.
