Notes
We say the last of it, and its beginning agrees with the previous one. Indexed from the beginning, with footnotes. The manuscript is attributed to Al-Humaydi (Qara Amir Al-Hanafi, who died in 860 AH), which is also mentioned in Kashf Al-Dhunoun... However, the previous copy is attributed not to Ibn Al-Arous. So he pondered.
Sample Text
Praise be to God for blessing me with the knowledge of laws and rulings.. As for what follows: When I saw the desires of the seekers turning away from lengthy matters; Desiring the abbreviations... I filtered out the important issues from the considered fatwas, and from the well-known explanations... and I called it Jami' Al-Fatawa.
