If the first trader cancels the first lease, the second is canceled, whether the term is the same or different, and based on the fatwa and the interpretation of the union of the term, the days of cancellation in the second are the days of cancellation in the first. In a long lease, if the rent is canceled during the days of option and the land has crops that have not been harvested, then the lease remains at the equivalent wage, not at the specified amount.
