Hajj Khalilzadah, Hafiz Salih Sidqi bin Ahmad Nuri al-Busnawi al-Banaluqi (?)... When he learned that the science of recitations is an honorable science... until he came to me wanting to learn the Qur’an from me through the method of Tajweed... then he also sealed a seal with the ten... and asked me to authorize him according to what he did, so the sheikhs authorized me.
