A copy written from the author's copy. The latter was born in Kazerun, in the province of Shiraz, in the year 729 AH/1329 AD. He moved to Iraq, Egypt, and the Levant, and traveled to the Roman lands, India, and to Yemen in Zabid. King Al-Ashraf honored him, read to him, and appointed its judge. He is one of the imams of language, literature, hadith, and interpretation. He died in Zabid. Among his works are: Al-Qamoos Al-Muhit, Safar Al-Saada in Hadith and Biography, Nuzhat Al-Adhaan in the History of Isfahan, Al-Durar Al-Ghawali in Al-Hadith Al-Ghawali, Al-Marqaat Al-Wafiyya in the Hanafi Classes, and others.
