Notes A number of leaves were added at the end of it containing texts in Persian, although the last leaf bears the date 993 AH, so it must have been written before this date, and the copyist wrote it in black ink in general and wrote the titles and so on in red ink. Its copies: This copy of ours was described in the Aligarh Catalog 138/2 descriptive catalog with the same preservation number, including three copies in the Library of Mecca and another in the Al-Biruni Institute in Tashkent, and Brockelmann mentioned a number of its copies in 1/196 and its appendix 1/247.
Sample Text Know that the science of jurisprudence is a good science, and it is the greatest of all sciences, and it is the knowledge of Sharia and religion and its lists of laws. It is necessary for every rational person, whether knowledgeable or ignorant, to embark on it and benefit from it in what will enrich him and strengthen him in performing the obligations of God Almighty.
