Notes
The book is a volume that the author summarized from his book, Collecting Al-Jami', arranged in alphabetical order. In it, he mentioned that he limited himself to brief hadiths, went to great lengths in editing the transcripts, and preserved what was unique to him, a lost or a liar. Thus, he surpassed the books written in this genre and became famous.
Sample Text
Praise be to God who sent at the beginning of every hundred years someone who would renew this nation’s religion... This is a book in which countless prophetic words were deposited.
