The manuscript begins with Al-Fatihah and ends with the fourth verse of Al-Falaq, and below it, outside the frame, is a commentary phrase: “Wasghanram,” meaning “I seek refuge” or “I seek refuge,” followed by, in the margins the beginnings of the parts and parts and additions, on the lines are lines in red, the writing is framed in red. It was stated in Kashf al-Dhunoun: “Jawahir al-Asdaf fi al-Tafsir is Turkish, and it was written by a man of the scholars of the era of Prince Safandiyar bin Bayezid by seeking him.”
