The book is composed in a thousand verses, in which the author summarized the book of Hadith Sciences by Abu Amr Othman Ibn Abd al-Rahman, known as Ibn al-Salah al-Shahrazuri (d. 643 AH), and added to it. At the end of the copy, one of them read it, dated Muharram in the year 1177 AH.
