The title is written in a distinctive caption font, and the main phrases explained are written in a red cursive thuluth script, followed by a commentary. There is another copy of it in Hagia Sophia, numbered 1747, and the text written here is more correct.

Alhamdulillah, Lord of the worlds, and prayers be upon Muhammad and his family, Abu al-Fazl Yusuf bin Ali al-Mustafi says that the closeness and blessing of the assembly of kings and elders, a wise man with good words should be especially the one who speaks at the right time, and also the rule of friendship between the wise should be based on gentle speech, and the institution of the people is based on it.
