This group is very similar to the group with call number 3291 in terms of the messages contained in each one of them. The owner of the book, who granted it a valid and legal endowment, stipulated that it would not be mortgaged, sold, or transferred from his school located in the Kasbah of Mostar. The pages are all closed. In the margins of many pages are the words “Stop.” In the margin of a page in the first and fourth letters is a stamp engraved with the phrase: “Ahmed bin Ali,” perhaps a stamp of ownership or endowment, or both. The texts of the messages are decorated with red and gold dots and dividers.

He said... Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Sa’id Al-Ansari... The Book of Questions by Hunayn bin Ishaq is one of the most beautiful entries... so I wanted to shorten its wording while preserving all its meanings... even though a group had shortened it... and I called it “The Pursuit of the Questioner in Shortening the Questions.”
