Dr. Rushdi Alyan mentioned in his article (People of Spirituality or Sabian Mandaeans): (Al-Mawrid) 5 [Baghdad - Summer 1976] p. 2; Pages 60 - 73, it was stated in the paragraph (The Holy Books of the Mandaeans): (Drasah Adhiya: It is also called (Sidreh Adhiya): that is, the teachings of Yahya, or the book of Yahya and his religious instructions. It contains paragraphs whose subject is: the Prophet Yahya ibn Zakariya, his birth... his upbringing... his religious upbringing, then his lessons, guidance, and teachings. Then his death, its manner, and his ascension to heaven. And it was translated. (Leeds Baskey) This book was translated into German in 1915.
