He says... The best thing by which abundant blessings are increased and afflictions are warded off in the morning and the evening is praise to God, the Giver of the gift, that is, every gift or the usual gift for which the Surah was revealed. The paragraphs of praise and prayer are most appropriate, and praise does not deviate from that being for the blessing.
