The Almighty’s saying: “He has only forbidden to you dead animals, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and what has been dedicated to other than God. But whoever is compelled, neither transgressing nor transgressing, there is no sin upon him. Indeed, God is Forgiving, Most Merciful.” (Al-Baqarah: 173). This noble verse has clearly stated the prohibition of what was mentioned, and there are other forbidden things. So what is the benefit of restricting it because the word is used only to limit, and the answer to this is that it is mentioned here for emphasis and exaggeration, as the Almighty said. “The believers are only those who, when God is mentioned, are terrified in their hearts.”
