The author is the Mufti of Hebron. At the end of the manuscript is a text confirming the validity of the fatwa contained, written by Abdul Hamid Al-Farouqi, and another text confirming the validity of the fatwa, written by Yusef Al-Farouqi, the servant of knowledge in Ramla.

As for what follows, some of my dearest friends, most distinguished brothers, and dearest comrades have asked me verbally about the separator in the Al-Quds Mosque and the Khwarezm Mosque. Is it an obstacle to the validity of following the imam? And is the separator in it, due to its being very large, attached to the separator in the desert from the Hanafi imams?
