It was narrated in the Treasury that he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The tahlil of the Qur’an is recited in thirty-seven places, so whoever writes it and drinks it for seven consecutive days, and by the One in whose hand is my soul, Gabriel, peace be upon him, told me that God Almighty will ward off from the one who drinks this tahlil every disease in his body.”
