A book stating that the arrangement of the verses in their surahs is based on his success and command, without disagreement among Muslims. Rather, the difference in the arrangement of the surahs is as it is in the Qur’an of the Caliph Uthman Ibn Affan, may God be pleased with him, who sent it to the horizons. The author was born in Bajyan in the year 627 AH/1230 AD and died in Granada. He was a linguist, modernist, fundamentalist, writer and historian. Among his works are: Al-Dhayl on the Connection of Ibn Bashkwal, Malak Al-Tafsir fi Al-Mushabab, Al-Lafq fi Al-Tanzeel, Explanation of Al-Ishara by Al-Baji in Al-Usul, The Book of Time and Place, he called it Silat Al-Silat Al-Bashkwaliyah, and others.
