Treasure of Minutes is one of the branches of Hanafi jurisprudence, and its author is Abu al-Barakat Abdullah bin Ahmad, known as Hafiz al-Din al-Nasafi, who died in the year 710 AH. There is a contrast and opposition on authentic copies, and on the 13th of Sha`ban in the year 930 AH from the author’s handwriting, which is an older copy than the one in our hands, including the copy of the commentators al-Zabulmi and al-Razi. It began truncated during the Book of Marriage, and ended with the Book of Obligations.
