Notes
It is located in a group, which is Hashiyat Bahr al-Ulum, based on Hashiyat Mir Zahid al-Harawi, based on Hashiyat Jalal al-Din al-Dawani, on the Hashiyat al-Aqa’id al-Addiyah. The copyist wrote it in black ink in general, and used red ink to write the word: “his saying” at the beginning of it, and left its place in white on the rest of the papers because he ran out of red ink. Copied by: Brockelmann mentioned several copies of it in 2/209 and his appendix 2/293, and he named the author: Abd al-Ali Abu al-Jyoush instead of Abu al-Ayyash.
Sample Text
His saying that what is meant by praise, oh, its detail is that when a state arises from something, that thing is characterized by it and is capable of it. Some of it is related to another matter in a situated connection, and a legal description is created by it, which is that it is related to that state, which is the result of the source, as stated by the founder of Sharia law and other investigators.
