The reason for this letter is that the author looked at Al-Suyuti’s book called Al-Urf Al-Wardi on the news of the Mahdi, so he reviewed it and arranged it, including thirteen chapters and the conclusion of the first on the miracles of the Mahdi, the other on the fatwas of scholars, and the conclusion on achieving the duration of the world. It was mentioned in Idhāḥ al-Makhnoun as: Summary of the statement fi signs of Mahdi al-Zaman, but the beginning of it differs.
