Notes
It has another name, which is “Fath al-Aziz fi Fatwas of the Imam of the People of Discrimination.” Fatwas were added to the book by the author’s son, Muhammad bin Abdul Aziz al-Hubaishi, and this note is written in the handwriting of Abd al-Wahhab bin Ahmad al-Musannaf, the distinguished scholar who copied this manuscript with his care and supervision, arranged according to the various chapters of jurisprudence, such that the author distinguished his father’s fatwas with the word chapter, and appended his own fatwas under the word chapter at the end of each chapter.
