The copyist generally wrote the text in black ink, and wrote the chapters and chapters in clear black. On the title page there are many stamps that are blurred and illegible, and in its footnotes there are many explanations, comments, and corrections. Copied by: 30 copies in the Al-Marashi Al-Najafi Library in Qom 1/196-200, including four copies in the Khudabakhsh Index 5/189-190, with a mention of the other copies, and three copies in the Index of the Version of Hai Khatti Kitabkhana Hai Rasht and Hamadan 17/1088, and see: Brockelmann 1/405.

(Praise be to God, the Giver of praise and the One who deserves it, and blessings be upon His best among the best of His creation...) As for what follows, I saw a group of our companions when they looked at our large book titled ((Tahdheeb al-Ahkam)) and saw what we collected in it of the news related to what is permissible and what is forbidden, and they found that it included most of what is related to jurisprudence from the chapters of rulings, that it did not deviate from it in all its chapters and books from what was reported from the hadiths of our companions.
