Notes
There are corrections in the margins, and the title of the letter is written in the text script. It is a famous book, with copies attributed to al-Tusi. Ghiath al-Din al-Husseini and al-Farabi also have the same title. By comparing the beginning of the Persian text with what Mulla Khusraw translated, it becomes clear that they match. After the treatise, there are two blank pages, and at the top of the second page, that is, before the second treatise, in the same font as the text, is the phrase: “The book of the treatise on logic.”
Sample Text
May Allah inspire the scholars... with the inspiration of the truth and inculcation of the truth, and the success of the good, and give them all their efforts to seek perfection and the pursuit of the right and the acquisition of space... so that they are truly confident and guarded against wrongdoing, with sure certainty and from doubt.
