The book includes an introduction and four chapters, the first of which talks about the character of the world and its inhabitants, including its humans and jinn, the second talks about the wonders of countries and the wonders of architecture, the third talks about the character of the seas and the wonders of its animals, and the bitumen and bitumen that comes out of them, and the types of oil and fire on its islands, and the fourth talks about the character of the excavations and graves and the bones they contained on the Day of Resurrection, and during that talk comes about some of the ancient wonders of the world such as the City of Brass, the Great News of Rome, and an idol.
