After basmalah and praise to Him: After God helped us and you to take care of His deposits and preserve what He has entrusted to us of His laws, you asked me about issues, the first of which is that you said, since God bestowed upon us Islam, a calamity has befallen us in this country due to lack of trustworthiness. With regard to those of the reciters of our country who are attributed knowledge, you have described them as being foreigners who do not understand the Arabic language except a little of the speech of the Arabs in their country, despite corruption and distortion.
