The manuscript is only a fragment, at the end of which it is stated: “The completion of the editing of this honorable copy occurred in the province of Ur in Nur, one of the Bulgarian dependencies, and on the road to Misko (this is how it was originally stated, and its fondness for Moscow)... in the village of Qar Ali and in the school of Mawlana and Awlana Mullah Muhammad Rahim bin Ismail of the Prophet’s Hijra) 1193 AH.
