The group is owned by Oz Bey Haj Hassandan and he bought it from Khair Allah bin Ismail in the year 1226 AH. Then Muhammad Amin Al-Suwaidi owned it after him, so Saleh Al-Suwaidi purchased it in the year 1246 AH.
