The three issues mentioned in the title are: the first in verifying the transmission document in the science of Arabic, the second in verifying the questioner, the imitator, and the adherent, and whether it is permissible for the imitator or questioner of one of the imams to pass it on to another or not, and the third is in matters of fundamentals in which imitation is permissible, and knowing what is permissible to imitate and who is imitating, and what necessitates criticism of the justice of the imitator, and whether it is necessary to make ijtihad in them or not.
