Notes A copy, some of which is annotated, and in its margins there are corrections, comments, and transcription differences that begin with the first person pronoun, which makes it felt that it may be in the author’s handwriting, and it contains a comment that begins with “Muhammad ibn Munkali said,” and all of these are in the text’s handwriting except for the comment, “Copied from the Sahih,” which was written in a precise handwriting.

As for what follows: I sought God Almighty's help in writing this book called the Official Evidence of Military Expeditions. I hope that my writing of it will be purely for its purpose, while maintaining its closeness. Scientists wrote books on this art, and those books were studied, including the wisdom they contained, and they became among the best.
