Notes
It was collected by the author’s son, Ahmed bin Zain al-Din bin Ibrahim bin Najim, a month after his father’s death, in Shaban in the year 970 AH. He said at the beginning: My father wrote letters and incidents in Hanafi jurisprudence at the beginning of his life until God decided his affairs, so I wanted to collect them in some booklets in the order of the books, to make it easier to discover them, after calling them the Zayniyah treatises in Hanafi jurisprudence after the author. A good copy with ownership in the name of Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Marashi in the year 1131 AH. Another ownership belonged to the Mufti of the Levant, Mahmoud Al-Hamzawi. He wrote in the year 988 AH. Khedive Index 52/3; Dictionary of Authors 192/4.
