Notes	Saleh bin Yaqoub Al-Zanjani met it, according to the original, in the year 1098 AH and in the year 1114 AH in the Grand Mosque, and for this reason it appears that it was written in Mecca. The copyist generally wrote it in black ink, and used red ink to write the chapters and titles and to draw warning lines on the text of Mukhtasar al-Quduri, within tables colored in red ink. The honorable teacher wrote on his card: “This is an old, rare copy.” Is it so? Copies: Brockelmann mentioned copies of it in 1/175 and its appendix 1/296.
Sample Text	This is an explanation of Al-Qadduri’s summary, which I combined with brief words and clear expressions that include many meanings and study. I explained it to those with short feet and shortened aspirations, and I called it the Bright Jewel, and I used for it the One to whom praise is due in the first and the next. Glory be to Him. He is the people of piety and the people of forgiveness.
