Surat Al-Ra’d In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful “Al-Murr” is a name for the surah and its place is either the nominative as a predicate of an omitted subject, meaning this surah is named by this name, and it is clearer than the nominative on the beginning, since it did not precede the knowledge with a noun, as was repeatedly mentioned, and the Almighty’s saying “that” in the first sense is an independent subject. On the other hand, there is a second subject or a substitute for the first, with which I refer to him as an indication of his magnificence
