Notes
Both letters are in one handwriting, and at the end of the first he stamped “Faydallah” and the number “54.” The permit was written in Mecca. In the second letter at the bottom of the permit, there is a stamp repeated five times in which it is written: “Abdul Moneim Al-Desouki.” On one of the footnotes in Turkish is a phrase meaning: “My Egyptian teacher Sheikh Abd al-Moneim read to him, Hajj al-Hafiz Mustafa al-Luluji,” and it is in the same handwriting as the authorizer, which may indicate that if this phrase is for the authorizer, then both letters were copied in his handwriting, not the authorizer’s handwriting. What confirms this is that the authorizer put his seal and did not write his name.

Praise be to God who has beautified the issuances of the memorization books with His wisdom... As for what follows, the most honorable of sciences is the science of recitations... [10/b] Hajj Mustafa, son of the late Rashid, from the people of Bosnia, recited to me a complete conclusion of the ten recitations from the path of Al-Shatibiyyah and Al-Durra according to the methods of Sheikh Al-Yamani and Sheikh Sultan, with precision and perfection.
