Al-Hanafi said at the end of his explanation: Know that the footnotes attributed to the honorable investigator, when I noticed them in multiple copies and found some of them defective and there was no reliance left on them, I did not commit to transmitting them.”

His saying: It does not prevent transmission, because the prohibition requires evidence for a premise of the evidence.
