Notes	There are various benefits on the front of the manuscript, and the title is stated as “Hashiyat al-Kashaf” by Al-Taftazani. It was stated in Kashf al-Dhunoun that this footnote is “a summary of (Hashiyet al-Tibi) with an increase in complexity in the phrase, and he did not complete it. I say: He reached in it: Surat al-Fath and finished it in the year 789.” Commentary, with comments, corrections, and differences between the versions. On the last page, the author’s death was mentioned in the copyist’s handwriting, saying: “The author’s death, may God have mercy on him, occurred on the morning of Monday the twenty-second of Muharram Al-Haram in the year seven hundred and ninety-two in the city of Samarkand, and he was transferred to Sarkhas three months later and buried there.”
Sample Text	And after: The book “Al-Kashshaf” by the scholar Sheikh, may God grant him, by his grace, the abode of residence. The reputation of the majesty of his esteem has spread like rain throughout the countries, and the matter of the brilliance of his mention has become like proverbs in the regions. The eyes of the virtuous have looked at him and the exemplary ones have uttered his praise word for word, to the point that he has described with good composition the dishes of the horizons and placed the gentleness of skillful disposition on the horizons.
