Notes
The copyist generally wrote the text in black ink, and black ink was also used to place warning lines under the annotated text, on a newly made kagi. It includes a number of corrections and comments. The first is obliterated seals. Copied by: See Brockelmann 1/442 and its appendix 1/794, including a copy in Index Khudabakhsh 12/69 with the author’s translation and the sources of his translation. Another copy of it was mentioned in Rampur No.: 39.
Sample Text
(Praise be to God who cannot be praised for anything other than Him...) And after that, when the desire to read ((Closes of Wisdom)) increased and I tasted its sweetness, I asked for its explanations and was not able to succeed except by explaining it to Al-Qaysari, and I found it not devoid of length and extremely detailed. It is of a size that I was able to compile, whether present or travelling, so I wanted to take a summary from it that I could upload.
