As for the raised hadith, it is the one narrated from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. And the suspended hadith is that the hadith is reported to a companion of a messenger or an adjunct. When the companion reached it, he said that he used to say such-and-such and he commanded such-and-such.
