Sheikh Al-Tabbaa was mistaken, so he titled the manuscript (Al-Isaf fi Ahkam Al-Awqaf), which is a mistake because Al-Isaf is another book by Al-Tarabulsi Al-Hanafi, and what is correct is what has been proven (Ahkam Al-Awqaf). The paper is thin but sturdy, the ink is of good quality, and the writing is framed on each page of the manuscript.
