Sample Text	Praise be to God who made the Kaaba, the Sacred House, a qibla for the people, and a safe sanctuary in which those who seek refuge in it are safe from among the people, and designated it with clear signs, including the Maqam of Abraham, the Black Stone, Zamzam and the Hatim... And after: The Council of Honors and Excellencies took place in the High Council, the Council of the Truly Master of Ministers, supported by truth from heaven, the Grand Vizier and Constitution, the honorable Field Marshal, the most honorable of ministers, and the greatest of greats, the custodian of the Egyptian lands and the Yusufian countries, Minister Abd al-Rahman. Pasha, he has attained as many good deeds as he wishes, speaking of the Almighty’s saying: “Indeed, the first house established for mankind was the one in Mecca; blessed and a guidance for the worlds. In it are clear signs, the standing place of Abraham and whoever enters it.” He was safe
