Notes
In the name of the letter, there is a disobedience with a proof of the ta’ instead of a disobedience. Ibn Manzur mentioned in Lisan al-Arab that the first melody I heard the Arabs saying was: This is my staff.
Sample Text
There were three lines on the staff of Moses, with ten names in each line, and under the handle of the staff was one name. These are thirty-one names, and they are the names that the philosopher used to work with, and they have great merit. Al-Khwarizmi said, “I spent seventeen years seeking the names of the staff of Moses, peace be upon him, but I did not find them except in the land of India with an old man who had thundered.”
