Praise be to God, and may our blessings be upon His Prophet Muhammad and his family. His saying, “Man is singled out for knowledge of the situations of speech, that is, he is distinguished from others by them.” His saying, “and its premises,” is the plural of “building.” What is meant is the word on which speech is based, and in making letters the adverb of the meanings of speech, a consideration known as contemplation.
