Notes I mentioned this card in the previous index. The manuscript is from the writings of the eleventh century AH. It was written in black ink, except for the proper names and the heads of poverty, which are in red.
Sample Text Omar Al-Ansari bin Qasim, who is hoping for the pardon of an ancient and everlasting Lord, says: Praise be to God who taught man what he did not know, so whoever he wishes is insulted, and whoever he wishes is honored.... And then: Some of my friends - may God Almighty guide them to what He loves and is pleased with - asked me to compile a book on the ten recitations and to mention each issue in its proper place to make it easier for them to read it.
