This card was mentioned in the previous index, a copy from the ninth century AH. The chapters and names of the surahs are written in red and in a larger script. On the first sheet is the following: From the books of Muhammad Ibn Tulun. Then he recorded a waqf on the Umariyah school and then some verses of poetry. On the second side of the cover, he entered the date of the year 859 AH, which may be the date of writing the copy. On the last page is an index of the book and then various benefits.
