Praise be to God for His success, and thanks be to Him for His vast bounties, and His best blessings be upon the Prophet Muhammad and his family. Then this is a brief mention of the lineage of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, his birth, and a summary of his conquests and conditions, his Hajj and his age, his names and attributes, and some of his noble morals and miracles.
