It is a book about the virtues of the twelve Imams, arranged by the author into twelve chapters, for each Imam. At the beginning of this copy is an excerpt about the author and the book, written by Muhammad Mahdi al-Musawi al-Isfahani al-Kazemi in the year 1350 AH/1931 AD, which reads: “I have noticed this book called Khair al-Athar fi Ahwal al-Imams of the Twelve Imams, and its author is among the common scholars, and its era is later than the era of al-Shihab al-Alusi al-Baghdadi, the author of the famous interpretation, because he mentions an ambiguity on page 73 of this book.”
