The beginning of the first part: It includes all the lords of kings, uprooting them from their families, taking their women as captives for the Muslims, inheriting their land, homes, and money, and nullifying what they were upon. This includes those who agree among them and those who differ.
The beginning of the second part: They agreed on the permissibility of sales and the prohibition of usury, according to the words of God Almighty: God permitted sales and forbade usury. Selling in language means giving something and taking something, and in Sharia law it means an offer and acceptance
